How to do it

  1. Stand tall. Raise your arm out to the side at shoulder height, palm down.
  2. Bend your elbow and turn your hand so it comes back toward your face, making a ring with your thumb and index finger around your eye like a mask.
  3. Straighten your arm back out to the side and repeat smoothly.

Tips

Keep your shoulder down and the movement slow.

Be careful

Move gently; nerve glides should feel like a mild stretch or tingle that fades right away. Stop if numbness or tingling lasts or gets worse.
